Born in Damascus, Syria, Houssam Albaba holds a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He currently serves as the Operations Manager of the New Zealand Syrian Community, where he leads its technical and logistical development. Houssam is the originator of the Qiyam Educational Centre concept, and continues to support its mission through strategic guidance, systems implementation, and community outreach. His work bridges technical innovation with a deep commitment to cultural identity and educational empowerment.
